Very briefly, these are the steps you need to follow.

  1. You need to create an account with KL first.
  2. After receiving an activation link, you can register for Austria Model WHO with your details.
  3. Follow the link above to get started.

Below are step-by-step instructions on how to register and pay for the April 2023 simulation.

  1. Step 1: Either proceed in German by clicking on the button “Hier registrieren” or switch to English.
  2. Step 2: Click on the button “Register here”.
  3. Step 3: Enter your details, do the reCAPTCHA and click “Create new account”.
  4. Step 4: Check your email (also spam) and click on account activation link.
  5. Step 5: Click “Select study or continuous education programme”.
  6. Step 6: Select our conference from dropdown and click “Next”.
  7. Step 7: Click “Enter data” to enter your details.
  8. Step 8: Enter all the requested personal data, accept terms and click “Submit data”.
  9. Step 9: Click “Control and sign the contract”.
  10. Step 10: Click “Book course and pay fee” after checking details and ticking all the checkboxes corresponding to various terms.
  11. Step 11: Click “Continue to next step”.
  12. Step 12: Check your details, select a payment method and click “Continue to next step”.
  13. Step 13: Check your registration details and the payment confirmation. Registration complete!

Step 1: Either proceed in German by clicking on the button “Hier registrieren” or switch to English.

The following steps are all in English. The German pages will be similar. If you have any queries, please write to us.

Step 2: Click on the button “Register here”.

Step 3: Enter your details, do the reCAPTCHA and click “Create new account”.

“Registration for” should be “Application for a study programme”. You cannot change it. Don’t forget to agree to the privacy statement. You’ll now receive an email at the email address you entered and you’ll be on such a page.

Step 4: Check your email (also spam) and click on account activation link.

If you do not receive an email in 15 minutes (be sure to check spam folder too!), please write to us.

Step 5: Click “Select study or continuous education programme”.

You’ll see Austria Model WHO listed as a “Conference” - “Student conference - Model World Health Organisation”. Click the “Select study or continuous education programme” to proceed.

Step 6: Select our conference from dropdown and click “Next”.

Step 7: Click “Enter data” to enter your details.

You’ll see a green arrow mark beside “MWHO” in the entry for the Austria Model WHO simulation in the table confirming your selection. Click “Enter data” to give your details.

Step 8: Enter all the requested personal data, accept terms and click “Submit data”.

Step 9: Click “Control and sign the contract”.

If you don’t see the “Control and sign the contract button” or “Data submitted” above, it is possible you didn’t click “Submit data” in the previous page. Make sure you click “Submit data” after entering your data.

Step 10: Click “Book course and pay fee” after checking details and ticking all the checkboxes corresponding to various terms.

Step 11: Click “Continue to next step”.

Step 12: Check your details, select a payment method and click “Continue to next step”.

After finishing the payment, you’ll receive an invoice like this:

Step 13: Check your registration details and the payment confirmation.

If you are here, it means that you’ve completed the registration for the simulation successfully, and you’ll receive an email from us with further details and a “starter kit”. Congratulations on taking the first step! Looking forward to having you in the simulation.
